  • 1.淮山、莲藕和胡萝卜去皮洗干净,切好!
  • 2.大骨用开水去去血水!

  • 5.汤煲开了,调小火,继续煲两个小时!
  • 6.中间要搅拌下,以免材料粘锅了!
  • 7.两个小时后,汤煲好了,放适量的食盐,调调就可以喝了!
