  • 1.准备艾叶、生姜、糯米粉、粘米粉、白砂糖等食材;
  • 2.艾草挑选嫩叶,洗净,汆烫;
  • 3.汆烫好的艾草、生姜放入料理机打碎;
  • 4.糯米粉,粘米粉拌均,加入艾草拌均,把煮沸的糖浆水加入;
  • 5.揉成光滑艾青米团,分成小团;
  • 6.压扁,放入花生酱,收口,揉成光滑的艾青团;
  • 7.做的艾青团胚放入蒸笼中;
  • 8.清水煮沸,放入锅中蒸10分钟即可。
