私家红烧肉
说起红烧肉,小时候妈妈炖的肉最好吃了,尤其是炖的肉剩下反复蒸后香而不腻!
红烧肉最好用五花肉为制作主料,最好选用肥瘦相间的三层肉来做。

  • 小茴香少许
  • 2根
  • 4瓣
  • 老抽1汤勺
  • 料酒2汤勺
  • 大料4朵
  • 香叶1片
  • 桂皮少许
  • 1块

Steps to make 私家红烧肉

  • 1.猪肉洗净
  • 2.肥瘦肉分别切成见方的块
  • 3.生姜切片,大葱切段,蒜瓣
  • 4.锅放入少许油,加入白糖小火烧至糖溶化,浅咖啡色鱼眼泡状
  • 5.放入猪肉块翻炒
  • 6.加入葱姜大料,加老抽,生抽翻炒至肉表面上色,烹入料酒
  • 7.放入盐和适量水没过猪肉
  • 8.其余的调料放入调料包放入,再次放葱,加入盐,中小火炖
  • 9.继续中小火炖
  • 10.熟后大火烧至锅内汤汁浓稠即可
  • 11.装盘
  • 12.装上一大碗,给老妈送去。。
