Steps to make 茶熏鸡

  • 1.鸡用调味料腌2小时以上
  • 2.把多功能料理锅烧热,下小许油,爆香姜片
  • 3.把腌好的鸡放进锅内,煎至表皮有点金黄
  • 4.把鸡的汁与香料加入锅内,再加入小许水与酱油
  • 5.中火把鸡煮至9成熟,汁收9成干,约30分钟左右
  • 6.把煮好的鸡取出晾凉,并晾去汁液
  • 7.把料理锅清干净,烧热,下粗沙糖与茶叶
  • 8.再把晾去汁液的鸡放在蒸屉内,置锅中
  • 9.加盖大火烧热,让茶叶的烟熏鸡,5-8分钟,关火,闷一会
  • 10.砍件上碟,并淋下之前滤出的酱汁 ,即可食用
