罗汉素菜煲

  • 鲜香菇4个
  • 平菇4个
  • 金针菇若干
  • 黑木耳若干
  • 胡萝卜一根
  • 老豆腐一小块
  • 少许
  • 少许
  • 芝麻油少许
  • 生抽少许
  • 生姜二片

Steps to make 罗汉素菜煲

  • 1.将青菜洗净切成小块
  • 2.所有其他配菜洗净切好
  • 3.平底锅烧热加油,将解冻后的老豆腐煎到二面黄,取出
  • 4.锅内放入生姜片煸香
  • 5.放入青菜煸炒片刻,同时加少许盐和糖,加盖焖2分钟
  • 6.随后加入配菜翻炒片刻,再加少许生抽、盐,翻炒后加盖焖3分钟后放入煎过的豆腐再焖2分钟
  • 7.快好时加少许鸡精、芝麻油翻炒片刻起锅倒入烧锅。
  • 8.清香四溢的罗汉素菜煲就完成了
