蒜香牛肉粒

  • 大蒜1颗
  • 小葱叶1颗
  • 老抽1勺
  • 黑胡椒1勺
  • 孜然1勺
  • 辣椒粉1勺
  • 白糖少许
  • 白芝麻1把
  • 孜然粉1勺

Steps to make 蒜香牛肉粒

  • 1.牛肉切成厚片再切成块。
  • 2.用清水洗干净里面的血水挤干,里面加少许白糖,盐,黑胡椒和淀粉用手抓拌均匀。
  • 3.里面加一勺花生油抓拌均匀锁住水分腌制十分钟。
  • 4.大蒜去皮洗干净去掉根部。
  • 5.锅中倒油,油热将大蒜粒放进去翻炒至煎黄捞出。
  • 6.锅中余油将腌制好的牛肉粒倒进去。
  • 7.大火翻炒至变色。
  • 8.炒好的大蒜粒放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 9.里面加一勺孜然粉翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加一勺辣椒面翻炒均匀(爱吃辣的可以多加)。
  • 11.抓一把熟白芝麻放进去翻炒。
  • 12.关火装盘。
  • 13.蒜香浓郁,牛肉鲜嫩超级好吃。
