圣诞节--树桩蛋糕

Steps to make 圣诞节--树桩蛋糕

  • 1.将巧克力30克、奶油100克、黄油30克、可可粉15克以及糖10克,全部放在一起。
  • 2.隔水加热,搅拌到完全融化,混合均匀以后。在稍微加热至微微粘稠即可。晾凉即成巧克力酱,
  • 3.将蛋黄、牛奶、油以及砂糖放在一起,搅拌均匀至砂糖完全融化。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉、可可粉和淀粉,轻轻搅拌均匀成面糊。
  • 5.蛋白打至出现粗泡,加入三分之一的砂糖。
  • 6.继续搅打至蛋白体积变大,气泡细腻。这时加入另外三分之一的砂糖。
  • 7.继续搅打。直到提起打蛋器,蛋白呈往下流淌的状态。这时把剩下的三分之一的砂糖放进去。
  • 8.搅打至湿性发泡即可。
  • 9.取三分之一的蛋白放进面糊中。
  • 10.切拌均匀。
  • 11.再把剩下的蛋白全部放入。
  • 12.切拌均匀。
  • 13.将蛋糕糊倒入铺有锡纸或油纸的烤盘中。用刮板刮平表面。
  • 14.烤箱预热145度,25分钟即可。取出倒扣晾至温热。
  • 15.打发淡奶油。
  • 16.撕掉蛋糕表面的油纸,涂抹上打发好的奶油。
  • 17.卷起来。
  • 18.蛋糕卷,切掉两边不整齐的部分。再将蛋糕卷切成一大一小的两段,拼在一起呈树桩的样子。
  • 19.表面均匀的涂抹上一层巧克力酱。用牙签划出树皮纹路。
  • 20.简单的进行一下装饰就可以了。
