减肥果酱-柠檬洛神花果酱

Steps to make 减肥果酱-柠檬洛神花果酱

  • 1.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水浸过瓶子,煮沸20分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;
  • 2.取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶;
  • 3.洛神花干摘干净,添加适量的水浸泡4小时~6小时;
  • 4.捞出泡好的洛神花,水留着备用,将洛神花瓣撕成小瓣;
  • 5.将浸泡洛神花的水用过滤网过滤;
  • 6.将柠檬洗净去皮(柠檬皮需保留);
  • 7.再用水果刀片出果肉;
  • 8.用沸水煮柠檬皮两次,第二次要煮到内层的白膜变透明为止;
  • 9.用冷开水洗净沥干,切成2厘米、宽0.3厘米的细条;
  • 10.将柠檬果肉、果皮、洛神花萼与冰糖放在玻璃盆内拌匀;
  • 11.用保鲜膜封好,放进冰箱10~12小时,每过3~4小时需要取出来搅拌一次;
  • 12.自冰箱取出,倒入铜锅内以中小火加热并不时搅拌;
  • 13.煮沸后将涩汁去除;
  • 14.加入天然海盐;
  • 15.续煮至果酱变浓稠后即关火;
  • 16.将果酱装进瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放进冰箱中冷藏。
