  • 凯瑞奶油奶酪190克
  • 奥利奥饼干碎150克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 总统黄油(拌饼干碎)30克
  • 总统黄油(加入奶酪糊)15克
  • 玉米淀粉20克
  • 柠檬汁10克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 幼砂糖(加入奶酪里)25克
  • 幼砂糖(加入蛋清里)40克
  • 总统淡奶油100克
  • 幼砂糖10克

Steps to make 雪域牛乳芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干碎加入30克融化的黄油拌匀
  • 2.模具底垫好油纸
  • 3.倒入拌好黄油的饼干碎,压实压紧,放冰箱冷藏备用
  • 4.奶油奶酪加25克糖,隔热水搅拌软化
  • 5.蛋黄蛋清分离
  • 6.把蛋黄分次加入在软化好的奶油奶酪搅拌均匀
  • 7.加入融化的黄油搅拌均匀
  • 8.加入柠檬汁,牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 9.加入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 10.蛋清分次加入40克幼砂糖,打至有个弯弯的尖角
  • 11.取三分之一打发的蛋白加入奶酪糊,切拌均匀
  • 12.倒入剩余的三分之二的蛋白中切拌均匀
  • 13.倒入装有冷藏过的饼干底的模具中,轻微震出气泡
  • 14.烤箱预热150度,水浴法烤制60-70分钟,烤好后继续放烤箱中利用余温焖30分钟取出放冰箱起码冷藏4小时
  • 15.天热淡奶油不好打发的话,在装奶油的盆下面再放个装有冰水的盆
  • 16.淡奶油打发至有清晰纹路
  • 17.在蛋糕胚上抹上打发的淡奶油,厚度克随意,喜欢奶油的可多点
  • 18.用刀轻轻刮巧克力,让巧克力屑如雪花飘落在蛋糕奶油层上,直到均匀铺满。
