Steps to make 红红火火

  • 1.所有材料。
  • 2.把虾须、触角剪掉,从尾部第一节剪开虾被,不仅能轻易入味,还能把沙肠轻易取出。
  • 3.破完被的大虾,把虾横着切开,不要切断,把虾平着展开,做成像小船一样,这样中间就可以放填料了,斩断虾筋,烤出的虾很嫩,保留表皮,使虾不会被烤干。
  • 4.开始煎虾:首先打开火,先放一点点的色拉油,再放黄油,中火把黄油化开。
  • 5.把虾放进去改小火,变色后翻面,煎到八成熟即可(大约1分钟,不要把虾煎糊了)。
  • 6.把虾盛出,放到控油纸上控油。
  • 7.做填料:把蒜、洋葱、胡萝卜都切成末。
  • 8.打一个鸡蛋在填料里(起黏合作用)。
  • 9.加入黑胡椒、精盐(不要加太多)。
  • 10.把料填到虾里,不要放太多,薄一些,否则虾不易熟。
  • 11.把填好料的虾,摆放在烤盘里。
  • 12.盖上一层奶酪,放到烤箱里烧烤10分钟左右即可。
  • 13.烤好的虾摆放到盘中,装饰一下即可。
