Steps to make 凉拌海蜇头

  • 1.海蜇头事先在水中浸泡10个小时以上(把海蜇头里面的盐分泡去)把泡好的海蜇头片成薄片,再倒入适量的凉开水,把海蜇片浸泡5分钟。
  • 2.把海蜇头挤干水分,放入蒜末、红辣椒碎、姜姜丝,浇上植物油。
  • 3.加入黄瓜丝。
  • 4.加入盐调味。
  • 5.放入生抽、老抽。
  • 6.加入香醋。
  • 7.充分拌匀。
  • 8.最后加入香菜拌匀。
  • 9.这样一款清爽的凉拌海蜇头就做好了,吃起来脆脆的,口感非常的好。
