【不用擀皮不用油炸,健康春卷简单做】腐皮春卷
我一直很喜欢春卷~~~但是不怎么吃~~
街上找不到春卷皮卖,炸出来的春卷我也不爱买~~~
自己又懒得不想动手擀皮~~~
所以“春卷”在我的印象里,一直是做法复杂的油炸食品~~~~
不过,今天这道【腐皮春卷】不一样~~~
不用擀皮不用油炸,烹饪方式健康,做法简单,鲜香美味,老少皆宜~~
【腐皮春卷】里面的肉馅,我用的是牛肉+猴头菇,调料用现成的烤肉酱拌匀即成~~~
猴头菇是【七朵好菇】赠送的礼物,是免洗免泡的~~拆开包装袋就可直接入菜~~非常方便~~~而且吃起来没有一点苦味,话说真是省事很多~~~~

  • 猴头菇150g
  • 牛肉350g
  • 料酒10毫升
  • 老姜2片
  • 烤肉酱110g
  • 干淀粉10g
  • 植物油10g

Steps to make 【不用擀皮不用油炸,健康春卷简单做】腐皮春卷

  • 1.备好食材:干豆腐皮、牛肉、猴头菇、老姜、烤肉酱;
  • 2.干豆腐皮用适量清水泡发;
  • 3.牛肉、猴头菇、姜片剁碎后,混合;我使用的猴头菇是免洗免泡发的,如果使用干猴头菇需提前泡发;
  • 4.调入适量料酒;
  • 5.调入适量烤肉酱;如果没有烤肉酱,也可调入适量生抽,蚝油,白糖,少许植物油,盐;
  • 6.将调料同肉馅搅拌均匀,腌制30分钟左右;
  • 7.泡发的豆腐皮洗净后,切成抄手皮大小的方块;
  • 8.少许干淀粉同适量清水混合,搅拌均匀,调成较为浓稠的淀粉糊;
  • 9.将豆腐皮铺在案板上,铺上适量猴头菇肉馅;从一头卷至另一头,封口处抹上适量淀粉糊,然后将收口处放在底面;
  • 10.这就是腐皮春卷的生胚了;
  • 11.电饼铛刷油,启动“预热”程序;
  • 12.预热完毕后,放入腐皮春卷,收口处放在底面;
  • 13.启动“肉饼/锅贴”程序;
  • 14.程序结束后,观察腐皮春卷是否做好,如果不太熟,可翻面,再启动“大饼/馅饼”程序;
  • 15.鲜香味美的腐皮春卷做好啦。
