  • 1.用刷子把生蚝外面的泥刷干净。
  • 2.用生蚝刀来打开生蚝。
  • 3.生蚝全部打开,并冲洗干净。
  • 4.蒜碾成蒜蓉,放在生蚝上,再加些米酒,这样可以去腥。然后放入烤箱,双管160度,烤7分钟。
  • 5.烤完,生蚝肉刚断生,口感和生的生蚝肉一样水嫩。
