这款蜂蜜小餐包已经做过好多次了,每次都想写写但都被各种事情耽误了,今天终于提起劲来写,也算是对这款面包在制作过程的小总结吧。爸妈的一句好吃胜过世间任何的奖励。好吧,那我就多做好吃的让他们一展欢颜。

  • 高筋面粉230g
  • 低筋面粉70g
  • 牛奶约175g
  • 酵母5g
  • 40g
  • 3g
  • 奶粉15g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 蜂蜜小餐包

  • 1.将除黄油外的所有材料放进面包机里搅拌,启动和面功能。
  • 2.加入黄油继续启动和面功能。
  • 3.搅拌到可以拉出膜为止。
  • 4.把面团收圆放到深点的容器里,盖上保鲜膜进行第一次发酵。
  • 5.发酵到两倍大时,用手指蘸干面粉插到面团里,如图面团不回缩就证明发酵成功。
  • 6.把面团排气后分成12等份,分别收圆盖上保鲜膜,静止15分钟醒发。
  • 7.醒发后的面团有原来的两倍大,这时再把面团排气、收圆,排放到烤盘里。
  • 8.摆放面团要注意间隔,要留有空间给面团发酵。
  • 9.放进烤箱进行最后一次发酵,如图所示,这个发酵时间要看当时所处的温度和湿度来定,大概要1个小时左右。烤箱预热180度,15分钟,烘烤12分钟。烤的时候注意观察面团的上色情况,如果颜色太深了就是温度过高或者时间太长了,要马上调整。
  • 10.烘烤后马上扫上一层蜂蜜水,色泽和甜度刚刚好。稍微摊凉就可以开吃了,松软可口奶香浓。
