橙子味甘、酸,性凉。具有生津止渴、开胃下气的功效。正常人饭后食橙子或饮橙汁,有解油腻、消积食、止渴、醒酒的作用。橙子营养极为丰富而全面,老幼皆宜。
橙子中含量丰富的维生素C、P,能增加机体抵抗力,增加毛细血管的弹性,降低血中胆固醇。高血脂症、高血压、动脉硬化者常食橙子有益。橙子所含纤维素和果胶物质,可促进肠道蠕动,有利于清肠通便,排除体内有害物质。橙皮性味甘苦而温,止咳化痰功效胜过陈皮,是治疗感冒咳嗽、食欲不振、胸腹胀痛的良药。橙子几乎已经成为维生素C的代名词。
事实上,它的维生素C含量丰富,能增强人体抵抗力,亦能将脂溶性有害物质排出体外,是名实相符的保安康抗氧化剂。橙皮又叫黄果皮,除含果肉中的成分外,胡萝卜素含量较多,可作为健胃剂、芳香调味剂。橙皮还含一定时的橙皮油,对慢性支气管炎有效。

Steps to make 香橙鸡腿

  • 1.原料图,橙子和柠檬都洗干净。
  • 2.鸡腿洗净去除过厚的皮及皮下脂肪,在鸡腿上均匀地划几刀。
  • 3.用盐、胡椒粉抹匀,再挤入半只橙子的橙汁连皮一起扔进去,腌制2小时。
  • 4.另外一只半的橙子取果肉切成小粒,洋葱切碎待用。
  • 5.大喜大原味烤肉酱。
  • 6.腌好的鸡腿拣去橙皮,滗去多余的水分。
  • 7.均匀地抹上烤肉酱。
  • 8.撒入洋葱碎。
  • 9.入微波炉中高火4分钟,翻个身再4分钟。
  • 10.另起锅加热适量橄榄油,倒入橙丁,调入糖、挤入半只的柠檬汁,烧开用水淀粉勾芡成浓稠的汁。
  • 11.叮好的鸡腿。
  • 12.拣去洋葱碎,放入盘中,浇上酸甜浓汁即可。
