自制纳豆
纳豆是由黄豆通过纳豆菌发酵而成的,不仅保留了黄豆的营养价值,而且纳豆富含各种维生素及蛋白,纳豆中的纤维素活性酶具有溶栓的功效。之前经常做纳豆,很喜欢吃,最近又新购买了一台不锈钢内胆的纳豆机,此机既可做酸奶,又可做纳豆、还可以做米酒、可谓一举多得。

Steps to make 自制纳豆

  • 1.黄豆250g洗净浸泡一夜。
  • 2.放入高压锅中隔水蒸20分钟。
  • 3.纳豆菌粉。
  • 4.从高压锅中取出蒸熟的黄豆晾凉,适量留一点原汁,再放入1袋(是1g)纳豆菌粉。
  • 5.先将纳豆机内胆用开水消毒并晾干至无水,再放入拌好纳豆菌的黄豆,盖上盖子、开启纳豆键,我这个纳豆机做纳豆需要18小时。
  • 6.这是刚刚断电做好的纳豆,表面有一层薄薄的白膜、很浓的纳豆香味。
  • 7.将其降温晾凉后,用大勺一舀起来,黏性很强、拉丝效果非常好!营养价值高!
  • 8.这种纳豆拉丝效果即是成功成品,需放置冰箱冷藏室冷藏,并尽快食用。可用生抽、小香葱碎、海苔碎拌食。
