  • 1.冬瓜切厚片,香菜葱切段。
  • 2.猪肉馅里加葱碎姜碎,蚝油,酱油,糖,鸡精,鸡蛋,熟油搅打上劲。
  • 3.起锅烧水,水量稍多,水烧到起泡响边之后调小火力。
  • 4.肉馅团成小丸子下入水里,丸子没有浮起之前不要搅动。
  • 5.丸子浮起之后,用勺子打去浮沫。
  • 6.放入一勺盐。
  • 7.撒白胡椒粉。
  • 8.放入冬瓜片煮5分钟。
  • 9.放入葱和香菜。
  • 10.香菜煮软放入少量香油。
  • 11.成品。
