Steps to make 豆椒排骨

  • 1.将排骨洗净,沥干分份;大蒜、葱、生姜切成沫。
  • 2.在排骨里加入适量盐、酱油、鸡粉、料酒、豆豉、葱姜蒜沫、干辣椒粉,以及干淀粉拌匀,腌制35分钟左右。
  • 3.将码好味的排骨上蒸锅大火蒸透蒸熟。
  • 4.将蒸好的排骨取出,取一只盘子盖在蒸碗上。
  • 5.用毛巾包住盘子两侧,快速倒扣过来,以免烫手,以及蒸汁外流。撒上葱花即可。
  • 6.操作完成。
