  • 1.把新鲜紫苏叶、仔姜洗干净,准备好白醋、冰糖和盐。
  • 2.锅里放水、加紫苏叶和冰糖,熬煮二十分钟。
  • 3.仔姜切片。
  • 4.加盐腌制仔姜,放二十分钟,捞出仔姜片。
  • 5.用无水无油的玻璃瓶装红色的紫苏水。
  • 6.紫苏水放凉,把腌制的仔姜片放入瓶里,密封后放冰箱冷藏,两天后开瓶食用。
