糖醋排骨是我家宝宝最爱吃的,同时为了营养全面,通常我会加一些甜椒和洋葱一起炒,色香味俱全,宝宝吃起来也开心。

Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.肋排切小断,清洗干净
  • 2.将肋排用生粉、盐、生抽、糖、洋葱末等腌5分钟
  • 3.准备好干粉,为了增加脆的口感,我是将面粉和小麦淀粉以3:1来调配
  • 4.将腌好的肋排均匀的裹上生粉
  • 5.将裹好生粉的肋排放在盘里,让肉里的水份将生粉慢慢的浸透
  • 6.平底锅里放入油,6成热后再将肋排放进小火煎至两面金黄时出锅。所有的肋排煎好后,再回锅煎一分钟,这样皮会更脆。
  • 7.红色甜椒和洋葱切成小块备用。
  • 8.锅里下少量油将甜椒和洋葱快炒两分钟后出锅,保留它们的脆甜的口感。
  • 9.锅里下番茄酱稍微炒一下,然后将煎好的肋排放进去拌均匀
  • 10.将甜椒和洋葱倒进锅里与肋排翻炒半分钟
  • 11.用水、糖、白醋、少量盐、生抽和淀粉调制好酱料
  • 12.将酱料倒入肋排里,有小气泡起来后,起锅,装盘。
