  • 1.20克黄油隔水化开
  • 2.加入白糖和盐搅拌均匀
  • 3.再加入水搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入全麦粉、小苏打、酵母揉成光滑的面团
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜醒发半个小时
  • 6.把面擀成约0.2厘米的厚度,压出自己喜欢的图案,用叉子叉上眼
  • 7.放入烤盘再次醒发10分钟左右,烤箱160度15分钟即可
