减肥餐之   香菇鸡肉煲仔饭
我喜欢吃锅巴,喜欢煲仔饭,外面的煲仔饭不是锅巴不够脆,吃起来不过瘾。就是米饭太硬,吃了不好消化。只要掌握好了火候,在家里做到煲仔饭,比外面的更好吃。锅巴又厚又脆,嚼劲十足,口感香脆,搭配煲仔饭的各种菜也可以以自己的口味来定!爱吃煲仔饭的美女们,不妨自己在家里试试吧!只要一个小砂锅就可以做出美味的煲仔饭哦!
   其实这也是一道超级减肥餐,但是只适合放在中午吃,在减肥期间,更需要肉和青菜的搭配,这样既保全了营养,也过足了口感。保持苗条的身材同时也有红润的肤色!周末的中午,给自己来这样一款减肥餐吧!

    Steps to make 减肥餐之 香菇鸡肉煲仔饭

    • 1.首先将大米用水泡1至2个小时,泡过的大米更容易煮熟,不容易湖底,米饭的口感也更好!
    • 2.大鸡腿2个。
    • 3.鸡腿剁成小块,香菇切开,在把2个改花刀,备用。红辣椒切好,青菜洗干净备用。
    • 4..泡好的大米在重新放入冷水,把手平方在米上,以没过五个手指为宜。泡好的大米已经喝足了水分,这时不需要在放太多的水。不然水放多了,锅巴不容易形成,米饭口感太软,如果谁太少了,可能造成米饭煮不熟,或是太硬,锅巴糊底。
    • 5.放好了水,在放一些植物油搅拌一下。
    • 6.如图把火开到很小的状态就可以了。
    • 7.热锅冷油爆花椒和干辣椒。
    • 8.放入剁好的鸡腿肉翻炒,翻炒2分钟放入盐和黑胡椒粉,放入少量开焖5分钟。
    • 9.这时,砂锅里的米饭也差不多了,打开盖子,沿着锅边,浇一圈植物油,把火在放小一点,如图的样子。浇植物油就是让锅巴更脆更香,不至于锅巴黏锅底。浇完植物油把火放到最小,盖上盖子,在焖10分钟。
    • 10.放入香菇翻炒5分钟,在放入青菜和红辣椒,放味精出锅即可。
    • 11.把炒好的香菇鸡肉放到焖好的米饭上即可出锅了。
