虾仁排骨海参汤
这个季节,菜市场里面,卖的虾都是新鲜刚剥了壳的虾仁,可能是快过年了吧,都用来做用到虾仁的美食了。价格也比没剥壳的贵一倍。不过,我觉得是很划算的。刚好家里老姑拿了几个发好的海参,做点虾仁海参汤吧。最重要别忘了出锅前放上几个葱头,好好喝。

    Steps to make 虾仁排骨海参汤

    • 1.排骨焯水。
    • 2.洗净备着。
    • 3.砂锅煮开水,放入排骨。
    • 4.发好的海参切片。
    • 5.切几个葱头,虾仁洗净备着。
    • 6.排骨煮20分钟后加入海参。再大火煮开转中小火煲1小时。
    • 7.加入虾仁。不要煮太久,熟了即可。
    • 8.最后按口味调入盐和葱头关火。
