Steps to make 微波炉发糕

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.把玉米粉,面粉,酵母放到微波容器中。
  • 3.加温水拌成稍稠的面糊。
  • 4.红枣洗净去核,切成小块。
  • 5.红枣摆在面糊上,盖盖放在温暖处发酵。
  • 6.发成2倍大。
  • 7.放入微波炉先高火3分钟。
  • 8.从微波炉里取出,表面还是湿的。
  • 9.再放入微波炉开盖中火6分钟。
  • 10.取出拿牙签扎一下,如果牙签干爽没有粘面糊,就熟了。扣出来,晾凉。
  • 11.切块。
