河粉是我的最爱,不管是那种做法,都百吃不厌。这次干炒的,咸鲜微甜,干香爽口,这一大盘干炒牛河就是我星期六的午餐。

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.牛肉用盐,老抽,味极鲜酱油,胡椒粉,淀粉腌制15分钟
  • 3.炒锅烧热,下油,下腌 制好的牛肉煸炒至变色盛出备用
  • 4.用老抽,味极鲜酱油,糖,盐调好汁
  • 5.锅烧热,下油,下葱姜丝炒香
  • 6.下河粉一起炒
  • 7.河粉稍软后加入洋葱和绿豆芽一起翻炒
  • 8.加入调制好的酱汁一起炒
  • 9.豆芽9成熟时加入炒好的牛肉一起炒,加入鸡精葱花炒匀即可起锅
