就做桑葚果酱吧,桑葚具有滋阴补血,生津润燥的作用,营养价值非常高,可惜的是桑葚的季节性特别强,一般市面上只有五六月份有很短的时间有卖的,其他季节根本看不到。所以我先试验一下,如果成功,可以多做一批放在冰箱冷冻,这样就能多吃一段时间了。

  • 1.准备原材料,设置选择东菱DL-T12家用全自动面包机果酱功能
  • 2.桑葚首先洗净去蒂
  • 3. 200g桑葚加120g白糖腌渍
  • 4.加入15g淀粉,东菱面包机选择果酱功能
  • 5.1小时20分钟之后果酱完成,放凉后装瓶放入冰箱保存
