  • 1.红枣提前洗净去掉枣核,取40克枣肉备用。把红枣肉40克、牛奶110克、酵母3克、白砂糖10克,放一起。

  • 4.然后用手揉成团。
  • 5.面团取出来揉4分钟,然后盖上湿毛巾,松弛10分钟。
  • 6.取出松弛好的面团,用手揉5分钟左右。
  • 7.揉至面团光滑。
  • 8.包上保鲜膜,室温25℃左右,发酵至2倍大。
  • 9.取出发酵好的面团,按压排气。
  • 10.然后均匀的分成6份。
  • 11.把每个面团压扁揉圆,放在油纸上。
  • 12.锅里放温水。
  • 13.馒头放进去2次发酵1小时左右,至1.5倍大。
  • 14.发酵好后开蒸,水开后蒸8-10分钟,然后关火闷4分钟。
