南瓜蛋糕卷
秋天丰收的季节,金黄色的南瓜是秋季的代表作,此款蛋糕卷用柏翠新款电子式烤箱制作,效果非常不错

  • 低粉75克
  • 细砂糖65克
  • 纯牛奶50克
  • 无味植物油45克
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 淡奶油200毫升
  • 糖粉10克

Steps to make 南瓜蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备所需材料,低粉过筛
  • 2.盆中放入蛋黄与牛奶、植物油,
  • 3.用打蛋器高速打至乳化状态
  • 4.筛入低粉,切拌均匀待用
  • 5.蛋清中滴入几滴柠檬汁,用打蛋器打出粗泡,分3次加入细砂糖,打出大弯钩
  • 6.取1/3的蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀后,将蛋黄糊倒回余下的蛋白霜中
  • 7.切拌均匀的面糊倒入不沾烤盘中,大致刮平表面
  • 8.烤盘放入已预热好的烤箱中层;以上火180度,下火170度,烤15分钟
  • 9.到时,取出烤盘,在台面上震几下,倒扣网架上放凉
  • 10.淡奶油倒入碗中,放入适量的南瓜馅(自己炒制的),
  • 11.打至奶油有纹路
  • 12.放至温热的蛋糕从烤盘中取出,烤面朝上,抹上适量的南瓜奶油(余下的奶油装饰表面),
  • 13.借助油纸和擀面杖卷起蛋糕,放至冰箱冷藏一个小时左右
  • 14.余下的奶油装入裱花袋,挤在蛋糕卷上即可
