窈窕淑女蛋糕
老妹的生日当天,上午陪爸妈去了古镇游玩,下午回家想到该做蛋糕了。本来是想用新鲜玫瑰花瓣做装饰的,可是我实在太懒,懒得为当买几朵花再上街,所以就用奶油画画啦!请无视我的蛋糕抹面,实在不好意思!献丑啦!

  • 白砂糖30g

Steps to make 窈窕淑女蛋糕

  • 1.6寸戚风蛋糕材料:鸡蛋3个(约50克/个),低筋面粉51克,色拉油(无味蔬菜油)24克,鲜牛奶24克,细砂糖36克(加入蛋白中)细砂糖18克(加入蛋黄中)蛋白蛋黄分离,盛蛋白的盆要保证无油无水
  • 2.用打蛋器把蛋白打到呈鱼眼泡状的时候,加入1/3的细砂糖,继续搅打到蛋白开始变浓稠蛋糕,呈较粗泡沫时,再加入1/3糖,再继续搅打,到蛋白比较浓稠,表面出现纹路的时候,加入剩下的1/3糖
  • 3.再继续打一会儿,当提起打蛋器,蛋白能拉出弯曲的尖角的时候,表示已经到了湿性发泡的程度,当提起打蛋器的时候,蛋白能拉出一个短小直立的尖角,就表明达到了干性发泡的状态,可以停止搅打了.把打好的蛋白放入冰箱冷藏
  • 4.依次在蛋黄里加入色拉油和牛奶
  • 5.把蛋黄糊搅拌均匀
  • 6.再加入过筛后的面粉
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀。不要过度搅拌,以免面粉起筋
  • 8.盛1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中。用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀(从底部往上翻拌,不要划圈搅拌,以免蛋白消泡)
  • 9.翻拌均匀后,把蛋黄糊全部倒入盛蛋白的盆中,用同样的手法翻拌均匀,直到蛋白和蛋黄糊充分混合
  • 10.将混合好的蛋糕糊倒入模具,抹平,用手端住模具在桌上用力震两下,把内部的大气泡震出来
  • 11.放进预热好的烤箱,150度30分钟,175度30分钟。烤好后的蛋糕从烤箱里取出来,立即倒扣在冷却架上直到冷却,然后,脱模
  • 12.把蛋糕切成3片,待用
  • 13.淡奶油加糖打发到有明显纹路
  • 14.取一片蛋糕,抹上淡奶油再放上黄桃颗粒
  • 15.重复上面步骤,最后放上第3片蛋糕坯
  • 16.用淡奶油抹面,尽量抹平点,我已尽力了
  • 17.先用牙签在淡奶油抹面上勾出轮廓,再用软化的巧克力勾出边框
  • 18.取部分打发好的淡奶油,加入大红色素和一点兰色色素调出裙子的颜色,把调好色的淡奶油装入裱花袋中,慢慢挤到裙子的边框里面,最后再装饰点奶油霜裱的小花和新鲜薄荷叶,撒点小银珠
