海苔肉松饼干
小家伙特别喜欢吃海苔,经常去超市的时候都不忘记带回一大包来。。
所以这次换着做了这款咸口儿的海苔饼干,吃腻了甜的,偶尔换换口味也不错~

材料:
低筋面粉150g,黄油75g,蛋液50g,细砂糖10g,盐3g,泡打粉3g,海苔肉松32g

Steps to make 海苔肉松饼干

  • 1.黄油在室温下软化后加糖
  • 2.先手动搅匀
  • 3.再用电动打蛋器将黄油打发至颜色变浅、体积膨大的状态
  • 4.分次加入蛋黄
  • 5.搅打均匀(每次都要蛋黄完全融合后再加入下一次)
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉的混合物
  • 7.加入盐和海苔肉松
  • 8.翻拌均匀
  • 9.称取约15g面团搓圆后压扁,放入烤盘;依次将所有面团都整形摆放好
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度约25分钟
  • 11.出炉晾凉后密封保存
