Steps to make 【浙菜】---糖醋藕块

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.莲藕去皮切菱型条块加少许盐腌制片刻。
  • 3.取一个碗加入干淀粉,面粉,盐,水。
  • 4.调成面糊备用。
  • 5.把莲藕放入面糊中挂糊。
  • 6.入油锅中炸至。
  • 7.炸制金黄捞出沥油备用。
  • 8.取一个小碗加入醋,糖,酱油,鸡精和四勺水拌均匀成为料汁备用。
  • 9.炒锅到油烧热爆香葱姜。
  • 10.加入调好的料汁煮开。
  • 11.撇去浮沫。
  • 12.再勾入适量的水淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 13.把炸过的莲藕倒入。
  • 14.翻炒均匀淋入香油即好。
