    • 1.主料:鸭腿副料:姜、红椒
    • 2.调料:生抽、米酒、糖、白酒、清水 (1:1:1:1:1)
    • 3.锅中做油,油温5成热时将姜片、红椒入锅煽香、佐料煸香后将鸭腿入锅小火煎制,煎制2面金黄
    • 4.烹入白酒去腥
    • 5.再将生抽、米酒、糖、清水一起倒入锅中
    • 6.转小火慢炖40分钟即可
