  • 1.五花肉一块。
  • 2.五花肉用刀切片,不要切断。
  • 3.五花肉用腌料腌制,按摩一下(那个小勺子就是舀叉烧酱的勺子啦,看看份量)。
  • 4.腌制过夜后,放入烤盘,入烤箱。
  • 5.10分钟后翻面,再刷一层叉烧酱,继续烤10分钟。
  • 6.生菜洗净撕开。
  • 7.生菜入加了盐的沸水中烫熟捞出。
  • 8.铺在盘子上。
  • 9.烤好的肉切片(之前切过,用锅铲固定一头,刀子一扯就撕开了)。
