  • 2.加入30克糖
  • 3.打至浓稠,发白,
  • 4.打发的蛋黄里筛入低粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.用刀在香草荚里刮取香草籽
  • 7.香草籽加入牛奶烧开
  • 8.一半牛奶倒入拌好的蛋黄面糊里搅拌均匀
  • 9.把面糊倒回剩下的一半牛奶里,小火边烧边快速搅至浆糊状,关火。把奶锅坐在冷水盆里继续搅拌至降温,防止结块
  • 10.好了,香甜的卡仕达酱就做好了
