  • 幼砂糖35g
  • 低粉30g
  • 黑白芝麻60g

Steps to make 芝麻蛋白饼

  • 1.蛋白加入幼砂糖搅拌均匀(无需打发)筛入低粉拌匀,加入芝麻加入玉米油轻轻搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入40*30的不沾烤盘,用刮板尽量厚薄抹均匀。
  • 3.烤箱150度提前预热。
  • 4.烤至表面定型拿出来翻面再入炉烘烤。
  • 5.入炉后130度继续烘烤上色(关火可用余温焖下)。
  • 6.出炉用剪刀剪成小块(放凉后一剪会碎)。
  • 7.没烤透可回炉低温烘烤。
