手指饼干泡芙

  • 糖(泡芙)一小勺
  • 糖(淡奶油)20g
  • 1/2小勺
  • 淡奶油200g

Steps to make 手指饼干泡芙

  • 1.牛奶、盐、糖、黄油一起放入锅内,用小火边煮边搅拌,至黄油完全融化
  • 2.煮沸的时候,一次性倒入过筛好的面粉,搅拌,使面粉完全湿润,关火
  • 3.当面糊冷却到不太烫手的时候,分三次加入打散的鸡蛋,完全搅拌到面糊把鸡蛋吸收后再加下一次
  • 4.面糊装入裱花袋,前面剪个口子,挤出10cm左右的长条
  • 5.烤箱210度烤15分钟至泡芙膨胀,然后温度降到180度烤25分钟,表面黄褐色即可
  • 6.淡奶油加糖打发
  • 7.在泡芙的底部用裱花嘴戳两个洞,挤进奶油。然后,在泡芙上面也挤上奶油,加上樱桃做装饰
