香拌紫甘蓝
虽然立秋了,天气依旧很炎热,吃饭没胃口,今天分享一道香拌紫甘蓝,味道鲜美又不失营养。下口爽脆是夏天必备凉菜。

  • 紫甘蓝半颗
  • 小葱4颗
  • 青线椒1个
  • 大蒜3粒
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 1勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 熟白芝麻少许
  • 芝麻香油1勺
  • 白醋2勺
  • 味极鲜酱油1勺

Steps to make 香拌紫甘蓝

  • 1.紫甘蓝洗净切成丝用盐和白糖抓拌均匀腌制十分钟。
  • 2.准备辅料洗干净。
  • 3.辣椒切成丝,大蒜切片,小葱切成小段。
  • 4.腌制好的紫甘蓝用凉白开清洗干净。
  • 5.用手挤干水分放一大盘里。
  • 6.锅中倒油,凉油将花生米放进去小火炸至花生变熟捞出。
  • 7.将大蒜片,葱段,辣椒丝,红辣椒段放进去,里面加少许盐,白糖,鸡粉和花椒粉用热油泼一下。
  • 8.炒好的鸡蛋饼凉凉切成丝放进去,加少许白芝麻,芝麻香油,白醋和味极鲜酱油抓拌均匀。
  • 9.色泽鲜艳,爽口有有营养的相伴紫甘蓝开吃。
