无花果酥球

Steps to make 无花果酥球

  • 1.将面粉200g,玉米油30g,白砂糖30g加入适量的水,和成水油皮放一边静置半小时
  • 2.面粉100g加入50g玉米油和成油酥放一边静置半小时
  • 3.将静置好的水油皮分成若干份
  • 4.静置好的油酥分成与水油皮数量相当的分量
  • 5.无花果酱加入适量的糯米粉,做成馅
  • 6.取一份水油皮包入油酥
  • 7.擀开
  • 8.从一侧卷起,依次做好所有的面皮,放一边静置10分钟
  • 9.静置好的面皮再次擀开
  • 10.卷起,静置一会
  • 11.取一份油皮竖起,按扁
  • 12.用手捏成碗状,包入果馅
  • 13.收口朝下,做好所有的酥球,烤箱190度20分钟就好了
