蒜香辣鸡翅

Steps to make 蒜香辣鸡翅

  • 1.鸡中翅清洗干净,从中间切开,鸡中翅的两个骨头连接处,非常容易切开。
  • 2.全部切好后用清水冲洗干净。
  • 3.沥干水份,放入大碗中,加入:盐、糖、胡椒粉、生抽、料酒,腌制20分钟,让鸡翅充分入味。
  • 4.小米辣切粒、姜切丝、蒜头拍一下。
  • 5.放入搅拌器中。
  • 6.绞成小粒。
  • 7.取一大勺放在腌制的鸡翅上面,继续腌制10分钟。
  • 8.剩下的放一点盐,搅拌一下,让蒜头粒也有点底味。
  • 9.葱3根切葱花。
  • 10.起锅烧油,把鸡翅一根根的摆放入锅中,有皮的那一面朝下。
  • 11.煎金黄一面,用筷子翻另一面继续煎。
  • 12.煎至两面金黄。
  • 13.把剩下的蒜头小米辣倒进去。
  • 14.加一勺生抽继续翻炒。
  • 15.翻炒至鸡翅上色,蒜头香味扑鼻。
  • 16.倒入葱花。
  • 17.关火,继续翻炒几下即可。
  • 18.装盘,这个菜蒜香浓郁、微辣、鸡翅不油腻,下饭下酒都非常不错,如果小孩不能吃辣可以不下小米辣。
