    Steps to make 豆腐鲫鱼汤

    • 1.水豆腐3块一切为四,姜切片,蒜切段,油豆腐适量。
    • 2.鲫鱼宰杀(让他杀的),去鳞,洗净。
    • 3.锅里加油,加入蒜片和蒜段,煎出香味。
    • 4.加入两条鲫鱼煎。
    • 5.煎至两面变白即可。(很难得一次,煎得两面都不粘锅的呢)
    • 6.把锅里多余的油倒出,加入一勺水加盖烧。
    • 7.烧至鱼汤呈乳白色时加入水豆腐和油豆腐继续烧开。
    • 8.烧至2、3分钟后,加盐调味,入味后加入蒜段。
    • 9.加盖烧,蒜熟了即可出锅。
