Steps to make 上汤菠菜

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.蒜瓣炸香。
  • 3.菠菜翻炒几次,加点盐,倒入1碗高汤(我有另外菜谱具体介绍高汤做法),没有可用一碗水加浓缩鸡汤代替。盖上盖子煮熟菠菜。
  • 4.煮熟的菠菜装盘后,再把皮蛋和杞子放到锅里,大火煮软杞子。
  • 5.把汤汁倒在菠菜上。汤也很好喝的。
