Steps to make 樱桃果酱

  • 1.樱桃洗净后,一切两半,去核,再切小块。
  • 2.将切好的樱桃果肉和白糖放入奶锅中。
  • 3.开小火慢慢熬,熬煮的过程中把泡沫撇去。
  • 4.一直熬到水份蒸发,果酱变浓稠即可。(熬到水份越来越少的时候,注意要勤搅拌,防止沾锅)
  • 5.趁热装入消毒过的玻璃瓶中。
  • 6.倒扣冷却,放冰箱冷藏保存,尽快食用。
