  • 1.准备老豆腐一块。老豆腐不易碎。
  • 2.豆腐切厚片。
  • 3.电饼铛预热、刷油,放入豆腐烤3分钟。
  • 4.翻面再烤3分钟。
  • 5.用刀子轻轻划开豆腐。
  • 6.均匀的撒盐。
  • 7.撒入胡椒粉、孜然粉烤1分钟。
  • 8.翻面,用小刀轻轻划开豆腐。
  • 9.均匀的撒盐、胡椒粉、孜然粉,葱花烤1分钟。
  • 10.翻面。
  • 11.撒上葱花烤30秒即可。
