【蜂蜜海绵蛋糕】——带着满满的儿时记忆
今儿这款蛋糕,虽然只用了简单的材料,但出炉后的蛋香中夹杂着淡淡蜂蜜香气,那正是记忆中小时候的味道。。。

而说起蛋糕,大家最先想起的应该是戚风蛋糕,但我这次做的却是另一种——海绵蛋糕。人们把戚风蛋糕称作“七疯”或“气疯”,因为它不太容易成功,而我今儿这款海绵蛋糕,只要把握住几点需要注意的地方(最后有详细解说),很容易就能成功的哦~

材料:
低筋面粉150g,细砂糖125g,鸡蛋5个,玉米油35g,蜂蜜25g

Steps to make 【蜂蜜海绵蛋糕】——带着满满的儿时记忆

  • 1.将鸡蛋打入盆中,并加入蜂蜜
  • 2.搅打均匀
  • 3.将打蛋盆坐入温水中,分次加糖将蛋液打发
  • 4.打发至粘稠,蛋糊滴落的痕迹不易消失为止;
  • 5.将玉米油倒入盆中
  • 6.用刮刀快速翻拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉
  • 8.翻拌均匀
  • 9.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入铺好油纸的方盘中
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度35分钟
  • 11.出炉后立即将蛋糕脱模并倒扣在晾网上,揭掉油纸,晾凉即可切块食用
