杏酱
做杏酱时,那弥漫在家里每一个空间的清香最最打动人。

做其他果酱时我喜欢把果肉打的细腻一点,可做杏子酱时我喜欢有点微微的果肉感觉更好一些,所以杏肉打的不太细,个人喜好而已。

  • 1.杏儿洗净
  • 2.去核
  • 3.用白糖腌制杏肉
  • 4.杏肉腌出水份
  • 5.用搅拌器搅碎杏肉(没有搅的太细腻,个人喜欢)
  • 6.把杏肉倒煮锅,稍放一点点水,慢煮
  • 7.煮到黏稠
  • 8.放容器就可以了
