蔓越莓闪电泡芙
这次我做了:蔓越莓闪电泡芙,加了蔓越莓的泡芙是简单又不失美味!入口时,以闪电的速度将它吃完,绝对是下午茶的理想伴侣呢!

Steps to make 蔓越莓闪电泡芙

  • 1.黄油室温软化后加入牛奶、盐、细砂糖;放电磁炉上中火加热至糖、黄油融化,煮沸后转小火。
  • 2.立刻加入过筛的低粉,用硅胶刮刀快速用力、持续的不断搅拌,使面粉完全和液体混合均匀,成为一个烫面团。直至锅底出现一层薄膜,关火(这是泡芙成功的关键之一)。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散并搅拌成蛋液。
  • 4.待面糊冷却后少量多次依次加入面糊中,用四根筷子搅拌均匀后再加入下一次。
  • 5.搅拌到挑起面糊,呈倒三角形状,并保持形状不会掉落,就好了(这是泡芙成功的关键之二)。
  • 6.加入切碎的蔓越莓干,拌匀。
  • 7.将6齿的大裱花嘴装入一次性裱花袋,然后将面糊倒入裱花袋中。
  • 8.在闪电泡芙模具内,挤出紧密的“Z”形的手指状,注意收尾的时候往上提一下,并用手指沾点清水压平收尾处。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,先用上下火200度高温烤10分钟,使泡芙成型,再转170烤10分钟。
  • 10.在泡芙上点缀樱桃果酱,好美味!
