Steps to make 杂粮司康

  • 1.将盆里放进高筋面粉和黄豆粉
  • 2.黑芝麻用擀面杖稍微擀碎一点
  • 3.黑芝麻和盐也加入到盆里面
  • 4.放入软化的黄油块里面
  • 5.用手将黄油和面粉搓散,成为颗粒较均匀的粗粉粒状
  • 6.小碗里面装进牛奶,白砂糖,酵母搅拌融化后,倒入面粉盆里面
  • 7.揉成光滑的面团即可
  • 8.按成圆饼状,装进保鲜袋里面,放进冰箱冷藏一晚上
  • 9.第二天取出来,用擀面杖擀的薄厚均匀,然后用心形的模具压出形状
  • 10.左右的压好之后,在表面刷上一层鸡蛋液
  • 11.最后放进预热好的烤箱,180度,中层,15分钟左右。
