    Steps to make 日式炸虾

    • 1.鲜虾备用。(尽量选稍大点的)
    • 2.鸡蛋,面包糠备用。
    • 3.将虾洗净,去掉虾头,剥去皮,挑出虾线。接着在虾肚子上轻划几刀,然后把虾背部朝上放在案板上,用手稍稍用力按压虾的虾的身体,把虾的筋压断,这样炸的时候虾就不会弯曲了。
    • 4.处理好的虾放入容器,撒入少许盐,白胡椒粉和一小匙料酒腌制。
    • 5.再将腌好的虾依次裹上面粉,蛋液。
    • 6.再裹上面包糠。
    • 7.最后丢到小锅里炸至金黄色。
    • 8.捞出摆盘,食用时可搭配自己喜欢的蘸酱。
