带子有一块较大的肉肉,脆口的,肉质跟生蚝还是有区别的,蒜蓉烤出来特别香。

  • 1.论个卖,尽量选大一点的。
  • 2.壳最好是完整的。
  • 3.准备的配料。
  • 4.带子打开清洗干净。
  • 5.爆香蒜末、辣椒、姜、加入蚝油、酱油调味。
  • 6.将配料淋上,装盘。
  • 7.上下火200度,烤8分钟。
  • 8.加入葱末、爆香蒜末、辣椒、姜,加入蚝油、酱油调味,淋上烤好的带子。(多这部操作烤带子会更香)
  • 9.成品。
