薰肠是爸爸从老家带来的,红菜苔就只能在菜场买啰,仍是满满的家乡味。

  • 1.红菜苔先浸泡,洗净后切片,姜切丝,小红辣椒切圈蒜苗切段。
  • 2.薰肠切片,锅内放少少水,水开后放进熏肠焯一下。
  • 3.焯好的薰肠捞出备用。
  • 4.锅內放油,大火烧热,放进薰肠、辣椒及姜丝炒香。
  • 5.炒香后加入红菜苔继续大火翻炒,调入盐。
  • 6.放入蒜苗继续翻炒,炒至菜苔变软后调入酱油,拌匀即可出锅。
  • 7.一碟热辣鲜香的红菜苔炒薰肠就让人欲罢不能,美食勾起乡愁。
